CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Data Management opening for our client in Austin, TX. Location: Austin, TX Duration: 3 months with possible extension Duties: The Project Manager 3 will support multiple initiatives within the Information Technology (IT) domain, primarily focused on data integration, analytics, and performance management systems. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards. Key tasks include: Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to execute PMAS (Performance Management & Analytics System) projects Creating and managing project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and documentation in accordance with Project Delivery Framework standards Developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and overseeing vendor procurement and contract management Coordinating with internal and federal partners to obtain project approvals and funding Managing daily operations of IT project teams and leading Agile ceremonies including sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Providing risk management and reporting project progress and issues to leadership Ensuring adherence to state, federal, and industry compliance standards Leading cross-functional and multi-agency collaboration for project success Skills: Proficient in full lifecycle project management (PMLC/SDLC) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Kanban Budget tracking and cost management using project tracking tools Skilled in risk identification, issue resolution, and resource management Strong documentation and reporting abilities Experience: 8+ years of IT project management experience 8+ years in data-related IT projects such as data warehouses, analytics, or web-based systems Experience leading teams and mentoring staff Proven success in managing deliverables and timelines across complex initiatives Preferred: experience in healthcare, public health, or managing multi-agency projects Preferred: familiarity with access & eligibility programs and the State of Texas IT environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required - must include certificate number in resume Scrum Master certification is a plus Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
