Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be bilingual in Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients. This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Experience with drywall and metal framing is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
