We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our RF Product R&D team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project execution for the development of advanced RF modules and systems, ensuring successful delivery in terms of time, cost, quality, and scope. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, system design, supply, and product management, in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage RF development projects from concept to industrialization, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource plans in alignment with business goals.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, sourcing, and customer teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant development processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
  
  

You will bring

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within an R&D environment, ideally in RF, wireless, or telecom products.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of RF technologies, wireless systems, and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
  
  

Preferred:

• PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working in a global and cross-cultural organization.
• Background in working with suppliers and industrialization teams.
