Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic manufacturing projects aligned with business needs
  • Responsible to formulate and execute project plans, in consultation with stakeholders
  • Prepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
  • Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money
  • Applies proven project management approach with fact-based and data-driven mindset
  • Monitors costs of the individual projects
  • Manages project team members in their contribution to the project and their individual development
  • Manages stakeholders towards the successful delivery of projects
  • Manages people resources towards successful delivery of projects
  • Has a pro-active, forward looking view on potential project risks, and anticipates ahead of them to eliminate and minimize the impact of these risks
  • Collaborates effectively, contributes to best practices sharing throughout projects and promote consistent use of appropriate tools and methodology
  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through literature, technical contacts, and industry competition
