Job Title: Project Manager (Call Center Applications)
Responsibilities
• Manage project resources, efforts, and expertise to ensure project requirements are fulfilled
• Define necessary controls and integrate them into the Project Plan for effective management
• Deliver the project in alignment with the approved Project Management Plan
• Produce defined deliverables on schedule, within budget, and adhering to quality standards
• Monitor project progress, stakeholder commitment, and results, identifying risks and issues early
• Measure project outputs, outcomes, benefits, and value against the agreed plan
• Ensure all project documentation meets quality and governance standards through effective review processes
• Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks
• Lead the delivery of a large-scale call center project with over 50 agent seats, ensuring operational readiness and service quality
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years focused on project management for IT systems in hotline call center setup projects
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in large-scale application development projects
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar government sector projects
• Experience working with or setting up offshore product/application development centers, preferably in South China
• PMP certification is mandatory
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging executive management and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and client-focused project management skills
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams to deliver reliable IT services and drive process improvements
• Proven ability in staff management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Passion for applying innovative technologies in project management practices
