Summary

We are now inviting energetic and motivated candidates to join our growing team of artisans. Under the guidance and supervision of the Engineering Management, performs and coordinates all clerical, project and administrative functions within the Engineering department.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering Department
  • Provide a support service to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department
  • Co-ordinate the preventative maintenance programs
  • Solicit pricing and quotations from vendors for storeroom items and departmental supplies as assigned by the Assistant Director of Engineering
  • Maintain departmental expenses tracking logs or spreadsheets as per departmental standard and procedure
  • Inventories the items in the stores, maintain record of Engineering tools and stock flow and prepare purchase request for replenishment
  • Assist the Engineers to prepare the utility consumption and cost graphs, distribute the same, place on designated complex notice boards
  • Perform all assigned tasks to ensure the works have been completed in a reasonable time frame and to a standard pertaining to the complex and as set by the Engineering management


Requirements

  • With 1 year of work experience in the hotel industry
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with Opera
  • Strong sense of responsibility, Detail-minded, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
  • Independent, initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
