About the role:

• Lead Salesforce implementation and optimisation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans that outline milestones.
• Provide ongoing support after implementation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.

What we’re Looking for:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and services (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce development and customisation, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
