As an Energy Transition & Sustainability Project Manager, you will structure projects, guide decisions, and support their implementation on the ground. You will be a strong link between analysis, technique, environment, and action.

Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating projects related to energy transition: equipping operational sites with rapid chargers, optimizing energy use in buildings, and continuously improving environmental performance. You will work both strategically (advisory, analysis, planning) and operationally (project follow-up, reporting, operational support).

Key Responsibilities

• Define Technical and Functional Needs: Collaborate with operational teams and support functions to determine requirements.
• Develop Business Cases: Create clear and structured business cases to guide investment decisions.
• Recommend Technical Solutions: Analyze and recommend the best technical solutions based on needs and market offerings.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate stakeholders, monitor project progress, manage budgets, deadlines, and risks.
• Analyze Energy Consumption Data: Improve performance through data analysis.
• Standardize Best Practices: Develop and disseminate standards and best practices nationally.
• Energy Strategy for Buildings: Conduct audits, optimize projects, deploy technical solutions, monitor performance indicators, and propose corrective actions.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Educational Background: Technical education in technical fields such as electricity, energy, electromechanics, or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in an industrial or energy environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with high and medium voltage installations and applicable regulations.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and French.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, structured mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
