A global CDMO with a location in Boulder, CO is in immediate need of a part-time Project Manager to support the company's move into 2 new warehouses in the area. The project will require 20-25 hours/week and the PM will need to travel onsite at the start of the project (2-3 days onsite) and then return as needed to support critical milestones but most work can be completed while working remotely. This consultant will start the project in May 2025 and it will go for an estimated 4 months.
All capital work has been completed for the warehouses; the client now needs to figure out city permits and take occupancy of the buildings. The PM will support these efforts and also work with IT to ensure systems are set up before they move in. The PM will check in with stakeholders, get meeting notes out to the team, and oversee project timelines as needed.
