Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Projects Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget, while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution for renewable energy initiatives
• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive cost efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of project resources
• Present detailed project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project execution practices

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Deep understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle and operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
