Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing stakeholders and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize performance
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and team members
- Implement change management processes when necessary
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
- Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, changes, and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Experience in quality assurance practices
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
