About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead the implementation of a regulatory project (CRD VI related). You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and report regularly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead the management of regulatory projects from initiation to completion

✅ Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals

✅ Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management

✅ Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing challenges

✅ Identify and mitigate potential project risks

✅ Ensure thorough, up-to-date project documentation

✅ Track and report on project milestones and performance

Qualifications:

🎯 Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

🎯 Experience managing large European regulatory projects

🎯 Strong cross-functional team leadership experience

🎯 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🎯 Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
