Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Creative, your main responsibilities will include:

Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various purposes, including social media, advertising, ad campaigns, internal communications, and e-learning platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

Scripting and Scene Setup:

• Develop compelling scripts and storylines to convey key messages effectively.
• Set up scenes, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio quality.

Post-Production:

• Edit and enhance video content to meet the company's standards and branding guidelines.
• Add graphics, effects, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video production technology.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product management teams to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into the final video products.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Strong scripting and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable and articulate in front of the camera.
• Excellent understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
