Project Management Assistant (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Project Management Assistant to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate projects within the client portal
Assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans
Communicate with team members to complete projects and address client requests
Engage with clients and prospects daily through social media platforms
Identify and implement system improvements and standard operating procedures
Contribute to team culture and overall success
Prospect and contact potential customers
Conduct quality control for deliverables
Create websites for property listings or projects
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of proven experience in a project management role or similar position
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Familiarity with tools like Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent platforms
Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
Tech-savvy, with a proactive and solution-driven attitude
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
