Expand beyond Europe, add more trades, and become the next global unicorn. And now, we’re looking for a driven, analytical, and solution-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our core team in Manila and help us build from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:
⦿ Excellent spoken and written English (Full Professional Proficiency)
⦿ A strong communicator who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds
⦿ An analytical thinker who uses data to make decisions
⦿ A hustler mentality — you don’t give up when things get tough (and they will!)
A university degree, with no more than 2 years of work experience (relevant experience is a plus but not required)
Your day-to-day:
⦿ Help us build and grow our team in Manila
⦿ Support all areas of Adam’s business operations
⦿ Stay ahead of market trends and help us scale fast as demand grows
⦿ Develop and execute our expansion strategy in Australia and Canada
⦿ Communicate with customers and partners
⦿ Constantly improve our product in line with Adam’s mission and values
