Job Title: Project Executive Electrical

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order and report any faults or required replacements.
• Provide input into system upgrades and improvements for efficiency and safety.
  
  

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrician or Maintenance Technician (typically 35 years).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical codes (e.g., NEC or local equivalents).
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and heights when required.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment or parts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible with working hours and on-call responsibilities.
  
  

Preferred

• Valid electricians license or certification (if required in your region).
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation is a plus.
