Hybrid Project Estimator Job Description

Requirements:

· 3+ years experience as a project estimator

· Profeicnnt with MS Office Suite.

· Ability to work independently to complete tasks within established deadlines

· Must be able to interpret engineering drawings of multiple disciplines.

· Must be able to read, comprehend customer specifications.

· Must have a good understanding of industry practices.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare estimates for Omega projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs

· Research prices and get quotes from vendors for required materials/equipment

· Compile Materials Take Off, Labor Take Off and subcontract and vendor scopes of work

· Work with project managers to ensure all required costs are captured in estimates

· Create proposals to be presented to potential clients
