We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Estimator with a strong background in large-scale, ground-up industrial projects. This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Tomball area of Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of national estimating experience, including work with aviation facilities and design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for industrial construction projects across multiple states
• Provide ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) estimates
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and 3rd party contractors to ensure accurate estimates
• Analyze project drawings and specifications for estimating scope (no take-offs required)
• Participate in project planning and preconstruction meetings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industrial construction estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management
• Proven experience with ground-up construction and design-build projects
• Experience in aviation facility construction is a strong plus
• Knowledge of GMP contracts and estimating practices in multiple states
• Familiarity with Tilt Wall and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel up to 3 days per month as needed
