✔ Estimate with Precision – Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and market trends.

✔ Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine bids.

✔ Analyze & Optimize – Evaluate pricing, materials, and labor costs to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.

✔ Supplier & Vendor Relations – Build strong relationships to negotiate the best pricing and terms.

✔ Bid Coordination – Manage RFPs, bid submissions, and proposal deadlines efficiently.
