We are looking for a talented and driven Project Engineer to join our innovative medical device manufacturing team. In this role within the Industrialisation and Automation Group, you will be essential in managing and executing projects focused on developing automated manufacturing lines, producing Kaleido consumables, and scaling our manufacturing capacity. Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, test and implement automated manufacturing lines, including hardware and software, layout, facility, CAPEX and resources
Design, develop and qualify new tooling and equipment
Lead and execute engineering projects, predominantly those at 3rd party manufacturing sites
Manage suppliers and vendors to deliver on-time with acceptable quality
Productivity improvement and cost reduction
Perform process validations and other quality system documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with all approved Quality Processes, regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures
Draft project reports, provide periodic progress update, participate in company project review meetings
Communicate effectively with management, peers, vendors, and suppliers

Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, biomechanical engineering)
Minimal 5 years of working experience in relevant engineering roles
Strong in execution, strive to deliver on time and meet project goals
Experience of working in Medical Device Industry
Experience of working in mass production environment for disposable products
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma
Proficient in IQ / OQ / PQ / TMV, DOE, FAT’s and SAT’s, etc.
Ability to work in compliance with a quality system
Strong communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Excellent written and spoken English
