Summary

Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Design


• This includes developing detailed engineering designs for solar PV systems, considering factors such as site assessment, energy yield calculations, system sizing, and component selection. They'll also create detailed project schedules and budgets.


Procurement and Construction Management

• Manages the procurement of all necessary equipment and materials, oversees the construction process, and ensures adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. This often involves coordinating with subcontractors and external partners.


Testing and Commissioning


• Once construction is complete, the engineer conducts thorough testing and commissioning of the solar PV system to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications. This may involve using specialized software for system modeling and analysis.


Technical Support and Problem Solving


• Provides technical support to the project team and clients, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. They'll use their expertise to find

efficient and cost-effective solutions to design and construction challenges.


Documentation and Reporting


• Maintains accurate records, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards are crucial aspects of this role.

• Maintains the Customer Relationship Management system of the company.


Required Technical Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
