📢 We're Hiring: Project Engineer (for a Client in the Renewable Energy Industry)

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a company specializing in renewable energy projects, for the role of Project Engineer. This technical role ensures the successful execution, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of renewable energy assets (with a focus on solar).

📌 Role Overview

• Position: Project Engineer
• Industry: Renewable Energy
• Reporting to: President (Client Side)
• Work Setup: Office and field work (Ortigas-based with site visits)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Engineering Support

• Support the execution of projects from Ready-to-Build (RTB) to Commercial Operations Date (COD).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and technical reviews.
• Evaluate technical specifications for procurement and project requirements.
• Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with standards.

Construction & Site Supervision

• Monitor project sites for engineering quality and safety compliance.
• Address technical issues during construction and assist in troubleshooting.

Operations, Maintenance, & Troubleshooting

• Support post-COD monitoring, performance optimization, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze system data to improve energy efficiency and output.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure technical work complies with local regulations and industry standards.
• Support regulatory permits and grid connection processes.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Other Duties

• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, engineering, or a similar role (experience in renewable energy preferred).
• Strong project management knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (especially solar power systems).
