Job Title: Projects Engineer – Instrumentation & Automation Date: Job Description: Design & Engineering / Planning & Execution / Commissioning of Various Projects Job Location: Patparganj Indl Area, Patparganj Company Industry: Instrumentation & Automation Job Role: Project Engineer Joining Date: Employment Status: Full Time Employment Type: Employee Monthly CTC Range: Negotiable as per Exp. & Skills Manages Others: No Number of Vacancies: 1 (One) Other: Responsibilities: * Understand contract specifications of new & running projects from techno commercial aspects. * Prepare drawings & Documentation List, Datasheets, Hookup etc. for various items in line with the contract. * Selection & Finalization of Process Instruments as per Process. * Preparation of GA, Single Line, Power Circuit, Control Circuit Diagram, Protection & Metering SLD along with BOM. * Development of cable routing, Cable Tray/Trench Lay-outs, Cable Schedule. * Get the termination at site done, Loop check and commissioning of PLC & instruments like Radar, MOV, MFM etc. * Vendor Techno commercial comparison and analysis for various items in the project. * Prepare purchase schedule & coordinate with different vendors for procurement. * Monitoring of Project Schedule and identifying at all times any area of concern (critical path, clashes, early start) * Coordinate and Interact with different depts in ICON & Customer to ensure smooth execution as per schedules. * Interface with project management team and Client & Consultant counterparts at Head Office & Site * Monitoring progress status and reporting to ensure Client satisfaction * Lead the overall Project Controls Team for scheduling, Progress Measurement and Change Management * The candidate will also be required to contribute in o Tender Preparation with all techno commercial documents, bid upload. o Marketing / Customer Techno Commercial visits, Costing.
