As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing network-related projects, including vendor coordination, installation, configuration, and testing of Alcatel-Lucent, Yeastar, Yealink, Ribbon, Zyxel, and other network-related equipment. You will oversee project execution, ensuring that network solutions are deployed efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your role includes troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
· Oversee the implementation and deployment of Alcatel-Lucent, Yeastar, Yealink, Ribbon, Zyxel, and other network-related equipment
· Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
· Coordinate and assign network-related projects to subcontractors, balancing efficiency and quality.
· Monitor system installation, rack and stack, and conduct hardware acceptance tests.
· Perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning of Alcatel-Lucent, Yeastar, Yealink, Ribbon, Zyxel, and other network-related equipment.
· Conduct system integration and migration to ensure seamless connectivity.
· Execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and provide Knowledge Transfer sessions
· Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Method of Procedure (MOP) and As-built documentation for project closure.
· Troubleshoot network issues and escalate them as necessary for resolution.
· Identify and implement process improvements in vendor and project management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
· At least 2 years of experience in project engineering, vendor management, or network implementation.
· Extensive hands-on experience with Alcatel-Lucent, Yeastar, Yealink, Ribbon, Zyxel, and other network-related equipment Background in project management and vendor coordination.
· Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
· Willing to travel; must have a valid driver’s license

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
