We Are Hiring: Project Management Engineer (Immediate Joining) - Doha, Qatar

Masar Doha Company is immediately hiring an experienced Project Management Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha!

Do you excel in overseeing all aspects of construction from site works to meticulous finishing and ensuring effective building maintenance? Responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Oversee all site works, interior and exterior finishing, landscaping execution, and building maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and communicate efficiently with contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate strong self-initiative and conduct thorough research to make informed and accurate decisions.
• Handle office-based tasks proficiently, including pricing, quantity surveying, and correspondence.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively meet with clients and stakeholders, address their requirements and inquiries, and manage on-site modifications seamlessly.
• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and design adjustments based on client feedback, through on-site execution and final handover, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on site, finishing, and building maintenance works for residential, commercial, and landscape projects.
• Proficiency in utilizing construction management software and CAD programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and pricing methodologies.
• Preferably classified in the Ministry of Municipality in Qatar - or eligible for classification.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Possess a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, and other relevant aspects of construction and maintenance work in residential buildings and villas.
