Mission :

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in all phases of projects, from feasibility to design, including support during project execution, as well as providing technical and quality support. Your daily responsibilities will require a strong autonomy and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external. An analytical mind, rigor in work, and the ability to manage priorities will be essential assets.

Responsibilities :

-       Lead digitalization and automation projects:

o  Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.

o  Define the architecture of technical solutions.

o  Write specifications.

o  Ensure project deployment.

-       Develop new innovative solutions:

o  Identify emerging technologies in the field of industrial digitalization and automation (IoT, AI, etc.).

o  Design and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs.

o  Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP).

-       Optimize manufacturing processes:

o  Analyze existing processes and identify improvement levers.

o  Identify and evaluate new automation and digitalization technologies, and provide technical recommendations.

Qualifications :

-       Master's degree in civil or industrial engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent field.

-       Advanced expertise in Digitalization and/or Automation, with a mastery of common IT tools.

-       Good knowledge in industrial networks and cyber-security.

-       Good knowledge of GxP standards and current regulations.

-       Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-       Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and learn new technologies.

-       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

-       Analytical and writing skills for specifications writing.

-       Excellent fluency in French and English, written and spoken. Fluency in other languages is an asset.
