🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll support Project Managers and Superintendents from preconstruction through closeout—helping manage timelines, track deliverables, and keep communication flowing.

  • Assist in implementing project schedules and construction plans
  • Maintain and track documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, as-builts, and daily logs
  • Coordinate the distribution of drawings, approvals, and updates to stakeholders
  • Support subcontractor communications, OAC meetings, and internal team updates
  • Participate in cost control tracking and project forecasting
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance


âś… What You Bring:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore preferred)
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
