As a Specialty Construction Project Engineer at AVM Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting various construction projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with project teams, reading and interpreting blueprints, managing documentation, and using advanced software to track project progress. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from planning to execution, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

This role is local to Cleveland, with rare overnight travel to support National Projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related), or a relevant technical field.

Entry-level candidates and those with 1-3 years of experience in construction or project support roles are encouraged to apply.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.

Exceptional computer skills and the capacity to learn new software quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience with project management software.

Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Familiarity with cost estimation and budgeting in construction projects.
