Project Engineer

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our projects, providing technical expertise, managing budgets, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and maintain financial reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, contracts, and project requirements.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reports.
• Manage project closeout tasks, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering preferred.
• 1+ years of construction experience.
