Job Description:

1. According to the company's process requirements, project contract requirements and various national project delivery specifications, fully responsible for the technical work of the project delivery and implementation phase;

2. Responsible for project investigation, in-depth design and review, delivery and landing of technical solutions, technical problem handling and technical external communication and connection. Able to coordinate the resources of all parties to ensure the technical delivery of the project;

3. Responsible for organizing and preparing relevant technical documents and materials for project delivery, and for organizing project commissioning and technical training;

4. Responsible for project and channel problem tracking, feedback, handling of difficult problems, collection and sorting of technical information;

5. Responsible for customer technical support training;

6. Responsible for improving customer satisfaction;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, electronics, computer, etc., working experience in the security industry and PMP certificate are preferred;

2. Fluent in English, fluent in reading and writing, and able to have simple conversations with customers; overseas experience is preferred;

3. Have strong PPT production ability and document writing ability;

4. Strong communication skills, strong cross-team promotion ability and excellent execution ability;

5. Strong ability to discover, analyze and solve problems;

6. Quick thinking, strong learning ability and service awareness, active work;
