该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description – Project Coordinator (A3) Job Summary: Indegene is looking for a project coordinator to ensure successful on-time delivery of projects & management of project data on Indegene & client tools. Responsibilities include coordination with project managers, delivery manager & other resource teams for successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines are met, & tracking project progress. Job Description:

• Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the Project.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin. Desired Profile
• Around 1+ years of experience in Project Management capacity ideally in Digital projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Experience with projects related to WeChat, Medical Slide Decks, IVA etc.
• Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
• Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
• Ensuring project data is managed well & regularly; tracking reports are up to date.
