Position Overview:

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale renewable energy projects, including new wind farms, solar developments, repower initiatives, and other capital projects valued at $15M or more. This role focuses heavily on managing project documentation, submittals, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely deliverables.

You’ll be a key contributor in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with project managers, lead engineers, and construction teams. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, with a standard work schedule and an engaging mix of desk and hands-on work (such as preparing and packaging large-format prints).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track project drawings, RFI submittals, and other construction documentation
  • Route drawings and documents for review/approval; follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally external suppliers to manage document flow
  • Work extensively in email and OneNote to maintain submission logs and due dates
  • Prepare and package large-format documents and 11x17 bound books for shipment to construction sites
  • Use printers and assist with physical document handling as needed
  • Work out of a shared inbox to triage requests and respond accordingly
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, each involving cross-functional teams of up to 10 people


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment
  • Familiarity with RFI processes, construction documentation, and project correspondence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint)
  • Experience with ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro (PDF handling) preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive coordination efforts
  • Business or construction management education or administrative certifications a plus

  • Standard full-time hours; potential for overtime due to workload
