OATI is seeking business professionals for Project Coordinator positions to assist in coordinating project deployments within the energy industry. The starting salary range for the role ranges from $55,000.00 - $80,000.00. Job responsibilities include: * Provide administrative functions and support to project teams * Provide administrative functions to other groups in the organization including processing documentation as needed * Participate in various solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader * Actively support, track, and monitor project communication and activities * Compile and track data and documentation for specific projects Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business and project management * Experience in a software application is a plus * 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role * Bilingual preferred (Spanish) * Experience demonstrating excellent written communication abilities * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to acquire new skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to coordinate multiple assignments * Excellent teamwork, work independently, creative/good level of initiative, good sense of ownership * Acceptable background investigation report * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future * Local to MN
