To ensure cost control within a project, under the Supervision of the Project Control Manager, in compliance with quality requirements and Project Execution Plan following Company standard methodology, coordinating the Cost Control Group mobilized in all Operating Centers.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• to assist the ProjectControl Manager during the “Transfer Meeting” endorsing all Backupdocumentation prepared during the bidding phase in order to develop theOriginal Budget
• to establish the CostControl System with Corporate tool as per C.B.S. and the Project Cash-flowproviding to Project Finance all data for the setup of Project Derivatives
• to develop the InvoicingProcedure in accordance with the contractual request with relevant“Invoicing Register”
• to assist the ProjectControl Manager and Project Team during the assessment of the “Estimate toComplete” for all Project Phases
• to support the ContractManager in evaluating cost impact connected with both internal andexternal changes
• To prepare and updatethe Contractual Revenues Matrix in case of Project financed by externalentities like Sace or other State or Private Bank`
• to establish andmaintain all Cost Control Documents and “Periodical Reports”
• To guarantee properinterface with Company Financial and Control Department
• to have a proactiveapproach as part of the project team oriented to the fulfillment of theProject  and Company objectives

• Management Engineeringor Economics Degree
• 7-10 years experience ina similar position
