UTEC is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team at our Singapore facility in Loyang Crescent. In this role, the Project Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks required by the Operations and Project teams. This is a dynamic position that involves a range of administrative duties as needed. The role also requires regular communication with UTEC clients' logistics and document control personnel to ensure the smooth exchange of documents between companies.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • General operations administrative duties
  • Document control, report formatting and compilation
  • Project documentation filing / archiving
  • Organization of UTEC personnel travel and accommodation arrangements
  • First point of contact for offshore staff regarding travel and accommodation information
  • Organize all overseas staff Visa requirements for ork assignments abroad
  • Daily tracking of all offshore personnel whether on assignment or on downtime
  • Monitor 3rd party and internal costs associated to all projects
  • Monthly tracking of all project purchase orders
  • Assist with other administrative duties as and when necessary, as assigned by Operations Manager
  • Actively participate and promote implementation of Company QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environmental) policies, including the following of System procedures and feedback during management audits
  • Liaise with all staff in maintaining good PR and corporate image


Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills (Word/Excel)
  • Basic accounting/Book keeping skills
  • Excellent time management and a proven ability to prioritise
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the similar within the O&G/Marine/Renewables
