We are seeking a reliable individual for a position as a Project Administrative Assistant to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Niskayuna, New York. The Project Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the project team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The right candidate will become part of a team that provides exceptional service and will continue to make a positive impact on the industry.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Answer direct phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying and department mail distribution.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Strong computer and technical writing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy and able to multitask.
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and within stated deadlines.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
- CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP.
Compensation
Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
Salary Range $21.00-$25.00/hour
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
