Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth administration of various projects, working closely with Project Managers to keep everything on track.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete and submit standard project forms.
  • Enter job line items and update project milestones.
  • Create and receive purchase orders.
  • Utilize various software applications daily, including a proprietary database, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, and Smartsheet.
  • Update customer databases and portals.
  • Follow up with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with client invoicing and project close-out documentation.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative and low-level management tasks as assigned.
