Work closely with regional operations teams to understand specific challenges and pain points Perform data analysis to evaluate current field service process effectiveness and identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Develop data models to forecast and model strategic planning changes with cost and risk analysis Develop and implement labor strategies to enhance productivity and flexibility, while optimizing operational costs Lead programs aimed at improving data integrity and granularity, improving cost efficiency, engineer productivity, and workforce flexibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Regional Operations, Field Service, and IT to ensure alignment and manage program execution Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and impact of efficiency improvement initiatives Provide training and support to DFS personnel to ensure effective implementation of new processes and tools Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor efficiency, including utilization rates, internal costing, and outsourcing ratios Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on efficiency improvements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and interpret complex data models Must have strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives Masters degree preferred Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and/or field service organization Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams
