ECS is seeking a Program Portfolio Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

ECS Is Looking For a Dynamic Senior Portfolio Manager Who Has Over 15 Years Of Experience Managing Federal Consulting Projects In The DoD Space. This Person Not Only Understands The Federal DoD Consulting Space But Can Drive Success In The Short And Long Term. We Are Looking For a Team Player That Can

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Recruit and build high performing teams. Responsible for the performance of each specific project
  • Maintain for budget profitability for each project. Manage the spend/burn for each project
  • Work with Executives on company strategy and BD pipeline development
  • Manage and win BD opportunities
  • Maintain and cultivate client and partner relationships
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure success
  • Communicate in the preparation and delivery of presentations to senior leaders

The Program Portfolio Manager role will be hybrid at our HQ in Fairfax, VA.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's and master's degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification

Desired Skills

  • Agile and other IT certifications
