Overview

We are seeking a seasoned EVM (Earned Value Management) expert to join our team as an EVM Analyst, SME. In this high-visibility role, you will play a critical part in multiple groups on our program, focusing on data-driven decision making and driving program success. You will apply your expertise in EVM policy and practices to interpret and implement IPM (Integrated Program Management) principles, analyzing contract cost and schedule performance to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement IPM policy and practices
• Apply and tailor IPM into solicitations
• Analyze contract cost and schedule performance
• Perform driving path and critical path analyses
• Conduct independent schedule risk analysis
• Develop a range of independent estimates at complete
• Conduct independent IPM program assessments and cross-program analysis
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews and implement Over Target Baselines
• Ensure EVMS compliance and implementation reviews
• Perform IPM analysis in space and software-intensive systems
• Conduct Integrated Master Schedule analysis
• Develop predictive schedule forecasts and EACs
• Evaluate Contractor EVM systems and integrate modern data-driven methods and tools
  
  

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of EVM, IPM, and Earned Value Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with IPM performance analysis tools
• Ability to develop independent estimates at complete (EAC)
• Strong understanding of Agile and DEVOPs methods
• SAFe Certification
• Experience with COTS tools such as Empower and JIRA

• Experience with integrated master schedule analysis and driving/critical path analysis
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and Monte Carlo simulations
• Experience with probabilistic branching and simulation results analysis
• Familiarity with EVM compliance and implementation reviews
