Summary

Title: Program Manager/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid at Indianapolis, IN 46204

Duration: Until 01/31/2026

Pay Rate: $69/hr on W2



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Partner with Product Management to align on roadmap, timelines, and work prioritization to maintain a backlog (GUS) for the scrum team

- Maintain work management system (GUS) for the scrum team

- Track execution of all prioritized tasks removing blockers where needed to achieve delivery commitments

- Host regular sprint ceremonies to monitor day-to-day activities of the scrum team, ensure work is progressing as planned, and remove impediments to delivery

- Improve the productivity of the scrum team by monitoring key metrics, hosting team retros and acting upon process enhancements

- Create and maintain all program collateral (project plans, weekly status reports, etc.) for the scrum team

- Perform initial triage of incoming C360 requests, clarifying requirements, gathering necessary information, and assessing feasibility.

- Partner with Product Management to prioritize requests based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource availability.

- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders throughout the request lifecycle. Provide regular updates on request status, manage expectations, and proactively address any concerns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the intake process, including guidelines, procedures, and reporting templates.

- Maintain reporting on intake volume, triage efficiency, prioritization outcomes, and request status.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years working specifically

- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in dynamic environments

- Strong technical understanding

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive complex initiatives to successful completion

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
