Summary

Overview FedWriters is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Talent Management Transformation Program Integration Office (TMX-PIO). This is a key personnel position responsible for overseeing multiple projects that are aligned with the USCG's Ready Workforce 2030 (RW30) strategy to improve its human resources and talent management. Position is contingent upon successful contract award Work Schedule and Location: On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC with some potential for hybrid work. Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic and financial management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management and control * Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards * Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives * Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, and work with TMX-PIO stakeholders to develop and implement necessary contingency plans * Monitor and report program progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including providing regular status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Ensure compliance with program management methodologies and standards, such as Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Agile * Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant documents * Communicate program status, issues, and risks to TMX-PIO stakeholders, providing timely and transparent updates * Serve as a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) * Be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this task order Qualifications * Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management * Bachelor's degree * Experience in managing complex programs and projects * Excellent leadership and communication skills Why Join Our Team At FedWriters, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
