Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Tyson’s, VA

Note: This position requires local candidates who can work on-site in Tyson’s, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty management program aligned with business goals.
• Understand the organization’s strategy and vision, and drive and track goals and priorities.
• Provide strategic program leadership and drive program alignment in a matrixed, highly complex regulated environment.
• Drive development of the program roadmap, establish milestones, and implement metrics to track progress.
• Identify critical issues and risks, proactively manage project opportunities/issues/risks, including timely communication to senior leadership with escalations as needed.
• Ensure the initiative is delivered on time within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing effective organizational change.
• Communicate program requirements across the organization, to both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the loyalty program with broader company objectives.
• Act as a liaison between various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective program execution.
• Establish and drive regular meetings with teams.
• Align program goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overall success of the program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in leading cross-functional programs and/or projects, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and change requests.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence others to work toward a common goal.
• Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and present solutions.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing large projects from beginning to end, with accountability for program execution.
