Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage diverse technical support teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring team members are aligned with organizational objectives. You will oversee program planning, execution, and delivery, developing and implementing program strategies to meet organizational goals, and monitoring program performance to make necessary adjustments. Providing guidance and support to technical teams, you will ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues, maintaining high standards of technical support and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key, as you will communicate program progress and outcomes effectively, building and maintaining strong relationships. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices to enhance program efficiency, and drive innovation and continuous improvement within the teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience managing diverse, technical support teams.
Minimum of three (3) years of Program Management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex programs and deliver results.
