Job Title: IT Support Team Manager

Location: Washington, DC / Baltimore

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Our impressive client in the Washington, DC area are seeking an IT Support Manager to lead their strong existing team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years in an IT Support Management role
• Experience hiring, leading, and developing individual IT Support team members
• Experience with ITAM and ITSM
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, InTune, Entra, Office 365, and more
• Some experience with Dell Latitude
• A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)
• Some experience with T-SQL preferred
