Responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and driven Program Manager to lead our growth efforts with federal, state, and local government clients. This individual will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing contracts for lidar and hydrographic survey services, including topographic mapping, bathymetric data acquisition, shoreline delineation, and coastal change analysis. Responsibilities include: * Develop and execute business development strategies targeting state departments of transportation, environmental protection, emergency management, and natural resources * Identify, track, and pursue RFPs, RFQs, and other contract vehicles * Cultivate relationships with procurement officers, technical staff, and decision-makers across state agencies * Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions and winning proposals * Represent Dewberry at conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings * Maintain CRM data, market intelligence, and sales forecasts Required Skills & Required Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, geospatial sciences, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience with geospatial, AEC, or government contracting sectors * Familiarity with lidar and hydrographic survey technologies, their applications, and procurement pathways in the public sector * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client engagement * Existing network within state departments such as DOTs, DNRs, or environmental agencies * Knowledge of federal-to-state pass-through funding or cooperative agreements * Understanding of GIS, remote sensing, and data integration in government workflows Don't meet every single requirement?
