Education: * Bachelor's degree in the field of engineering, business administration, or related field is required. * Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international may be required based on project needs) Required Skills/Experience: * Minimum of (8) years of project/program management experience, ideally in MedTech or life sciences industries. * Proven experience taking medical devices to market, preferably having led programs through IDE, PMA, and commercialization phases. * Strong understanding of IDE/pivotal studies, regulatory environments, design transfer, and quality systems. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical, and supply chain groups. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguities and set clear priorities. * A sharp eye for metrics, milestones, and data-driven decision-making.
