Core Responsibilities:
In your role as Program Manager, Sales, you will:
Head a team of Business Development Representatives and drive lead generation for the insurance line of business for the Company
Drive OKR (goals) for the entire sales team, by identifying key levers to push metrics in the right direction
Create, own, leverage and refine dashboards in CRM, tracking business metrics timely and accurately
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for the challenges facds in revenue operations/lead generation and will arrive at scalable processes to address them
Work closely with Head of Sales and Founders to improve overall business efficiency
Drive marketing efforts (eg: via email) to contribute to lead generation
Implement tools to improve revenue operations
Core Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high growth start-up working in Sales/Founder’s Office. Being an ex-founder or ex-Chief of Staff is a bonus
Excellent in MS Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot/VBA) and proficient in SQL
Working knowledge in CRMs
Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking and analysis
Having high learning agility to pick up new softwares and tools
Willingness to work in an environment that is rapidly scaling, highly collaborative & constantly facing ambiguous situations that requires a strong independent mind-set
Excellent communicator who can effortlessly distill complex information into simple insights and inspire the team
