Role Description: Program Manager

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs and a smooth experience for students. The Program Manager will oversee administrative and academic tasks, manage student-related processes, and lead with a people-centric approach to support Rishihood’s mission. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of academic programs, ensuring all administrative and academic processes run smoothly.
• Track student attendance, grades, and other academic records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to address administrative needs, resolve issues, and enhance the student experience.
• Manage tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to support the academic success of students under your care.
• Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and university administration to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Lead and mentor a small team (if applicable), fostering collaboration and accountability to meet program goals.
• Continuously improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.

Key Objectives:

1. Ensure students have a seamless and supportive academic experience by managing all operational and administrative aspects of their program.
2. Maintain meticulous records of attendance, grades, and other metrics to uphold academic standards and compliance.
3. Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to create a cohesive and positive program environment.
4. Anticipate and address potential challenges in program delivery, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
5. Contribute to the university’s mission by aligning program operations with Rishihood’s vision and values.

Experience and Pre-Requisites

1. 8-15 years of professional experience, ideally in program management, operations, or people management (experience in education is a plus but not mandatory).
2. Proven track record as a people manager with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to ensuring operational excellence.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
6. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a Master’s degree in management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
7. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, data management systems, or academic software is an advantage.
