Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech. The role is remote but must be within 50 miles of the office location, but the primary requirement is to work in the PST time zone; occasional onsite in Redmond, WA. Purpose of the Team: You will contribute at an integral level to ensure we develop and execute the optimal promotional strategies. In this role, you will also take on the optimization and measurement of our promotional strategies and provide data driven feedback on adjustments needed. You will have the creativity to create reports that help our field teams further understand their business outcomes. Identify areas of opportunity and create tools that eliminate redundancies or complexities in the day-to-day business. Key Projects: * Handling ad hoc data requests and providing detailed data insights * Working independently on data projects, including mapping data cubes and interpreting data * Developing Power BI dashboards as needed * Simplifying complex data and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations* Degrees or certifications required: A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required; PMI or PMP certification preferred * Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field * Candidates must have advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel * Project Management * Data Analytics * Proven experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting * Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and If Functions * Financial acumen and ROI measurement * Advanced PowerPoint skills * Ability to transform numbers into story telling through visual
